I am an artist living in Seattle, WA. My projects use kinetic sculpture and drawing to explore the ecological and industrial systems of  today. Different projects might place you in an office, on a bicycle, or at a farm. I am motivated by questions: How does nitrogen fertilizer affect my personal life? Is my kitchen pantry the natural habitat of tiny moths? What does the price of milk actually mean? By exploring industrial agriculture, trees, mass production, ants, bioremediation, and bread, I aim to unsettle the dichotomy of nature and culture. I received my BFA from the Carnegie Mellon School of Art in 2018, and I have been an Artist in Residence at the Coalesce Center for Biological Art.
